Acacia Crassicarpa
Acacia crassicarpa honey produced by superior bees (Apis mellifera) which herded in acacia forest. The process, the bees take nectar for honey in every dew base on the young leaves of the acacia plant. Acacia plants keep continues releasing nectar throughout the year that makes acacia honey is the most stable supply for all season. The taste of Acacia crassicarpa honey is a soft sweet with a fresh sour, this is typical of nectar amber to dark amber.

As an Acacia crassicarpa honey, it is produced by superior bees (Apismellifera) which herded in mangium forest. This type of Acacia has a wider leaves, bees also take nectar for honey in every dew base on the youngest leaves Acacia mangium releasing nectar for all season, because of limited herded land area for Acacia mangium, the supply honey for Acacia mangium not as much as Acacia. Acacia mangium honey has a sweeter and softer taste with slightly lighter colors, from amb Buer to light yellow.
